Art of Gaslighting started as diary entries by someone gripping the edge of reality. Not sure how they got there, given up on as too far gone, they had no choice but to navigate the depths of their mind and discover if their was a way out of madness. We call this person The Founder. Unbeknownst to the founder, the Art Of Gaslighting started when over 30 years earlier, when they were just a child.
